It’s that time of the year again. Chrissy is under the weather today, so I thought this may cheer her up. Just the sight of it, unfortunately, seemed to have put her further under the weather. She still has yet to understand the magic of it, I suppose.

I finally (finally!) got to Rutt’s Hut in Clifton, NJ, where they deep fry hot dogs to absolute perfection. I chose the “Cremator”, which stays in the frier the longest amount of time. The outside tastes like gorgeous, crispy bacon while the inside remains perfect. And the relish is beyond words. Luckily, my in-laws are in the process of relocating to northern Jersey, so these are going to become one of my new food groups until a doctor says otherwise.
This is yet another feather in the hat for the Garden State. Unfortunately, it is still canceled out by Bon Jovi.
