I’m pretty sure this is the first ever Tech Pirate at a WordCamp. Meet Cong, who served as our video/tech specialist (er, Pirate) at WordCamp Philly this past Saturday. He failed to win the costume contest, though. That prize went to the God and Goddess of Shit (I kid you not).
